Sitting on a generous sized plot, our clients had decided to reduce the width of an existing side extension and demolish their existing detached garage and carport to make way for a complete new dwelling.
The intention was for our clients to complete the proposed works in phases, with the end goal being to move from their existing property, into the new detached, modern family home.

Separated over three floors, the new property was designed with a large main entrance hall and stair, front lounge, WC and utility room and a large open plan kitchen and dining area to the rear. At first floor level, three bedrooms, an en-suite and a family bathroom were achieved and at loft level, a further two bedrooms and bathroom.
