Our clients purchased the property on Riddlesdale Avenue at auction and having discussed their plans with us prior moving in, we actually arrived to carry out our stage one measured survey on the same day that the clients first entered the property to see it for the first time!
As property developers, on this particular project the potential re-sale or rental value was at the forefront of the clients design decisions. Equally due to the nature of the project and the quick turnaround required (given that time really was money on this one), we were under pressure from the outset, but working with a great team, we’re really pleased with the outcome which was completed to brief and within the required time frame.
